Pronunciation: /dɪˈnɒm.əˌneɪ.tər/ Explain
A
fraction
has a
numerator
and a denominator.[2] The numerator is on top and the
denominator is on bottom. The numerator is divided by the denominator.
Mnemonic: Denominator down, numerator up.
